GWS is proud to announce that our new Luxembourg warehouse and expanded support facilities are now operational as of May 4th, 2015.
Besides stocking OEM models for our key partners to ensure just-in-time delivery, GWS will also support its distributors with standard product stocks to ensure fast deliveries of our complete range of products. The Luxembourg operation will be GWS’s most important distribution center in Europe due to its central location as well as excellent road transport logistic hubs. It will also expand our capability to service neighboring markets in East Europe. With three additional stocking locations – Spain, UK and Italy, GWS now has unrivaled infrastructure to cater to the entire European market.
Together with the distribution operations, the new Luxembourg facility also contains GWS’s first in-house European R&D center with specialized test equipment and 3D printing technologies. Over a dozen employees are based in the Luxembourg operations with more staff joining the team in the coming months. Moris Montanari, former GWS Italy Country Manager has relocated to Luxembourg to assume the position of Commercial Manager, Continental Europe and will head up the new operations.
