Joseph E. Swan
Joe Swan is Chairman of the Board of The Swan Group. He spent his entire business career in various leadership roles with The Swan Group companies. Prior to that he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy at the National Security Agency. Joe holds a B.A. From Georgetown University.
He is married to Denise Swan and they have three children and six grandchildren. He enjoys travel, golf, art and reading.

Thomas J. Swan III
Tom Swan is the co-CEO and Director of The Swan Group. Prior to joining The Swan Group, Tom was a business lawyer and an investment banker focused on capital raising and M&A transactions. Tom is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law School.
Outside of business, Tom’s priority is spending time with his children, especially on Cape Cod. Tom is also actively engaged philanthropically with a number of organizations primarily focused on education and mental health.

Michael Martell
Michael Martell is a Partner in Morrison Cohen's Corporate Department where his practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general company representation. Michael represents clients in a variety of industries and serves on several boards of directors. Michael is a graduate of Union College and New York University School of Law.

John Cornish
John Cornish is a partner of Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, a Boston-based law firm. John is a member of Choate’s Wealth Management Group, and serves primarily as a trustee and legal advisor to high net worth families, family-owned businesses, trusts, estates and charitable foundations. He also serves on the board of directors of several companies and a mutual fund. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law School, and received an LLM in Taxation from Boston University Law School.

Paul Popeo
Paul Popeo is a partner of Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, a Boston-based law firm. Mr. Popeo has served on the firm’s Executive Committee, is co-Chair of the Litigation Department and is a member of the firm Intellectual Property Litigation Group. He is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He serves on various boards and is active with the Inner City Scholarship Fund (Catholic Charities).
